Courtney knew from a young age that her passion in life was helping others. She attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and earned a degree in social work and psychology. Courtney spent some time as a Substance Abuse Counselor for troubled youth and, while she loved the work, eventually decided that she wanted a change in pace and relocated to the Durham area.

Courtney began working as a Realtor’s assistant and fell in love with the work. Memories from younger years immediately flooded back. They included getting lost in hours of scrolling through online listings and getting way too excited to tour homes when her parents and brother were in the market through the years. Courtney decided that this was her calling, and the rest was history. She uses her knowledge of working with others, her passion for helping people, and her unique ability to connect on a personal level assist clients through the buying and selling process.

Courtney was wonderful to work with. She sold our house in one day and that was because she spent countless hours getting it ready. Her attention to detail showed. The photographer she sent to take pictures did a beautiful job but she came back at 9:30 at night to get a picture of our house with our spotlight on it.
